This villa features two ensuite bedrooms with queen beds, and one foldable bed in the living room if needed.

The living room is spacious, with a comfortable sofa next to the open fireplace. All rooms have air conditioning and access to the backdoors outside area where the swimming pool is located. There is an additional toilet located in the laundry room just by the swimming pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find all the essentials for cooking. A large veranda can be used all throughout the year as it features big windows for ventilation and outdoors heating for the cooler months.

There is plenty of outdoors space both in the front and back of house. A large balcony with outdoors furniture and an umbrella provides plenty of space for lounging plus a view to the sea. At the back of house you will find the swimming pool that has a hydromassage for total relaxation and blinds for privacy. There you will also find an outdoors dining table with chairs and a barbecue for your grilling needs.

The location is ideal as both mountain and sea are just a few minutes away on foot. As a plus, you can even walk to the Aeginitissa pier and find a great taverna to dine by the sea.
